No app or download is needed at all. Customers simply tap their smartphone against the plaque, and a quick rating page opens instantly in their browser.

Will it work with all customer smartphones?

Yes. Every modern smartphone, including every iPhone since the iPhone 6 in 2014 and virtually all Android smartphones built in the last decade, has built-in NFC capability and can tap the plaque instantly.

How do I attach the plaques to the tables?

Each plaque comes with a secure, removable adhesive backing. You just peel off the protective layer and stick it directly onto any table surface.

How soon will my software be active?

Activation happens within twenty-four hours of purchase and is fully set up by the time your physical plaques arrive in the mail.

What information do you need from me to get started?

Just provide your business name, your Google Business link, and your email address during checkout so we can custom-link your plaques and handle the complete setup for you.

What if my Google Business link changes in the future?

If your link ever changes, just reach out to us directly, and we will update it in the system for you.
